George Dillman's books and DVD's. You can purchase directly through the page

is really good is the Academy gets 5%, so you will be helping your Academy to

TUCC Instructor receives 4th Dan - Master Rank
Academy instructor Nigel Cornes received his 4th Dan grading award from
Professor George Dillman at the recent 3 day seminar held in London during
November. This was in front of a packed house of over 200+ people from over 15
countries.

New Classes available at the AP Club in Holmes Chapel
Academy instructor Chris Byrne has started additional classes in the Holmes
Chapel Area. You can now train at the AP Health & Fitness Club, on Station Road,
Holmes Chapel.
Junior Ju Jitsu / Karate class - Monday evenings 6:00pm - 6:45pm
Adults Ju Jitsu / Karate class - Monday evenings 7:00pm - 8:00pm
